We use a proprietary algorithm to determine the correct price for each clean we do. It factors in size, tasks, frequency, and other factors to determine fair pricing. Residential typically falls between .05 cents and .13 center per square foot. Quotes are outlined in a detailed format so you know exactly what services you are getting for the price you are paying. Additionally, quotes include ala carte pricing for items you may wish to have cleaned on occasion, but not on a regular basis. The first step is to set up a free quote appointment. 

We offer a range of office & residential  cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, deep cleans, and more. We can also customize our services to meet your specific needs.

We can clean your home or office on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, depending on your needs and schedule.

While the company is growing, we do strive to ensure you get the same cleaner every time, although we cannot guarantee it. This is especially true as the company continues to grow and add more accounts, as well as cleaning staff to the company. 

A Happy Days Janitorial Representative will contact you to either confirm the quote appointment for the day and time you requested, or if that day/time is unavailable they will work with your schedule to find another suitable date and time to schedule your cleaning quote. 

We are in fact pet friendly and a "green cleaning" company! Our products are organic, as well as human, pet, and environmentally friendly. Our philosophy is that a clean home should add to your overall health and well-being, not your toxic load. 

We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven't had a professional clean in the last few months. 

While we offer a wide range of home & office cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean exterior windows, mold, bio hazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems. 

No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home or at the office during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we'll take care of everything! 

We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can re-evaluate. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. See our Service Disclaimer for more details.

There is no set amount of time - it all depends on the current condition of your home. . 

In some instances it may make sense to do an hourly service. We have a minimum of 4 hours when booking hourly services. This is generally reserved for very large homes or homes where we are only doing a couple of rooms or homes with a lot of clutter or dirt. Please note there is no guarantee on our hourly service and we cannot come back and re-clean if you do an hourly service. 

We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $20 fee. If you cancel within 3 hours of the appointment it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out the full price will be charged.
